Anybody out there who can tell me what I am doing > wrong? I'm afraid that it is not a collect answer... I faced a same problem when I compiled Octave 2.0.9 on Mklinux system before. To avoid this error, I deleted all extracted files first and try again from the beggining, I succed to compile.
