From help-octave-request at bevo dot che dot wisc dot edu Tue Oct 20 01:28:15 1998 Subject: Doubled colon in LOADPATH not expanding to default path From: Rafael Laboissiere To: help-octave at bevo dot che dot wisc dot edu Date: Tue, 20 Oct 1998 08:29:20 +0200 (METDST) Is it normal that a doubled colon in the middle of LOADPATH does not expand to the default path (as documented in the in kpathsea manual)? I mean: when LOADPATH starts (ends) with a colon, the default path is prepended (appended) to its value, but if LOADPATH is equal to e.g. "a::b", the default path does not get expanded between "a:" and ":b". I am using Octave 2.0.13 on a Linux 2.0.34 system, if that matters. -- Rafael Laboissiere Institut de la Communication Parlee | Email: rafael at icp dot inpg dot fr UPRESS A CNRS 5009 / INPG | Voice: +33 4.76.57.48.49 46, av.
