There's a package (pdb-2001.10.21.tgz) containing Octave functions to read,
write and display Brookhaven protein databank (PDB) files in my Octave page

Feel free to try these if you're interested. Also, I wouldn't mind if the
functions could be added to Octave-forge, although they still need a bit of
cleaning up with the documentation etc.
